The columns
My articles and papers are generally based on business and financial analysis related to business groups, corporate finance, and corporate strategy.
The earliest of these columns appeared in The Hindu Business Line in 1997, when the questions were about risk, capital structure and the health of public sector banks. The recent ones are about education, attention and artificial intelligence. The through-line is the same: taking an argument that would otherwise stay inside a journal, and putting it where a non-specialist can argue back.
