Appointed Vice Chancellor of RV University, Bengaluru, September 2025.
With deep gratitude and quiet pride, I step into my role as Vice Chancellor of RV University, Bengaluru. This transition is not just professional, it's personal. It marks a return to my home, a renewed commitment to inclusive education, and a chance to build something enduring.
From the corridors of IIM Kozhikode and IIM Raipur to the vibrant ecosystem of RVU, I carry forward lessons in leadership, resilience, and grace. I remain committed to nurturing institutions that empower minds and elevate values.
To those who've walked with me, thank you. To those I'm yet to meet, let's build together.

A trust older than the university
RV University sits under the 86-year-old Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust, a non-profit public charitable educational trust with campuses in Bengaluru and Mysuru.

RVU Navodaya 2025
The first public institutional act as Vice Chancellor: presiding over the induction of the new B.Tech, postgraduate and Allied Health Sciences batches.
- From Raipur and Kozhikode
Carried forward
Two decades of institution building, from the IIM Raipur directorship to the IIMK Governance Centre, brought to a young multidisciplinary university.
Every institution I have served was built by the people in it, faculty who stayed late, staff who held the place together, students who trusted the work. Whatever I carry into RV University, I carry because of them.
To those who've walked with me, thank you. To those I'm yet to meet, let's build together.
