By one's role-actions, one attains perfection.
IIM Raipur strongly believes in the term "Sva-Karma Niratah Siddhim," which implies that each member of our institution thinks that "by one's role-actions, one attains perfection." This expression is deeply embedded in our logo, and we passionately hold this belief.
I joined the Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIMR) in March 2022 as Director. Guided by a "300-year tree" philosophy of long-term institutional fortification, the years that followed were a sustained exercise in steering a young IIM into national standing.

Strategic initiatives, deliberately compounded.

Reflecting on the journey from Director at IIM Raipur, I return, again and again, to gratitude. An institution is never the work of one person, faculty, staff, and students all built whatever was built at Raipur. Transition is its own discipline: to leave gracefully is to trust the people who carry it forward.
To leave gracefully is to leave the work stronger than you found it.
